Can we use our old checklists?

Yes, we can take your paper, excel or PDF checklists and input them into Onsite HQ.

How long does it take to set up new checklists in Onsite HQ?

Most of our clients allow our trained technicians to on-board their checklists so we can get your team filling out checklists within a few days of signing up.

Do you provide training for Onsite HQ ?

Yes, however its generally not required as we have created a simple to use application which anyone can pick up and use instantly.

Can I schedule checklists to be completed on a specific date?

Yes, Onsite HQ allows you to set a date you wish an inspection to be carried out and assign to a staff member. Create recurring weekly, monthly or on custom daily inspections.

How can I track if a checklist has not been completed on a specific date?

Onsite HQ will do the hard work for you by sending out reminders via email to persons assign to carryout checklists prior to an inspection. If an inspection is not completed the overseer and the assignee will receive a notification the inspection checklist is overdue.

Can my staff carryout checks with no cell signal?

Yes, Onsite HQ is equipped with an offline mode so your staff can carryout and submit checklists with or with out a cell or wifi signal.

Where is my information stored?

All information is submitted through a mobile devise and sent to the cloud, all information on the cloud can be accessed by logging into the application. You can also download reports and store the results of the checks in PDF format on your server.

Can we use Onsite HQ on a Blackberry?

Unfortunately no. Onsite HQ’s mobile application can be used on any Android or IOS devises.
